On November 23, 2024, the Sri Lanka College of Journalism and Sri Lanka Press Institute hosted an inspiring Mobile Journalism (MoJo) Seminar at the SLPI Auditorium. The session was led by Mr Kasun Kumarage, a Trainer at SLPI, and Mr Prasad Pornamal, an experienced journalist and MoJo expert.

Highlights:

✅ Over 50 participants actively engaged in the seminar, including journalists, content creators, and media students.

✅ Covered both theoretical and practical aspects of Mobile Journalism.

✅ Hands-on sessions on storyfinding, shooting & lighting techniques, and mobile editing apps.

Participants left the seminar inspired by the vast potential of MoJo and motivated to take their journalism to the next level.
